Our Story

How It Started

Our dogs came first, long before any of this had a name. From there, we started adding animals, some stuck, some didn't, and each one taught us something about what we actually wanted this homestead to be. We've never been afraid to try something new, fail at it, adjust, and try again. That's just how we operate.

The Bees

We keep bees, process our own honey and beeswax, and sell both locally. Curious about the full story (bears included)? Check out our honey page.

The Chickens

Alongside the bees, we raise chickens and sell fresh eggs locally. They've become one of the simpler joys of the homestead. They’re a daily reminder of why we started all of this in the first place.

The Puppies

And, of course, there are the dogs, where it all began. We raise German Shepherds and for the first time, have puppies available. Bred and raised with the same care and attention we bring to everything else on this homestead

Why It Matters

There's always a project in progress on this homestead, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We're proud to be a dual-veteran, family-run small business, built one hive, coop, and litter at a time.
